You get:

- Drive motors
- Bumpers
- Cameras & sensors
- PCBA (main control board)
- Charging station
- 1-Year Warranty on:
- Battery
- Wheels
What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does NOT apply if:
- The damage is caused by the customer
- Examples: hitting rocks, water damage, pets tampering with the robot, accidental drops
- The robot has visible signs of abuse
- The robot was modified or tampered with
- It was not used as intended (e.g., used in unsafe conditions)
In short:
✅ Defect in parts = covered
❌ Accidental or misuse damage = not covered
What if your product is out of warranty or has been damaged
If your product is out of warranty or has been damaged due to user error, you will need to pay for the repair and shipping costs.
