Return Process

Step 1: Inspection Request

  • Email Or call support Phone with return request
  • Schedule technician visit within 3 business days
  • Pls Note that Return window is 2 weeks if the robot doesn’t meet your expectations

Step 2: Condition Assessment

  • Technician inspects robot against Our standards
  • Photo documentation of any issues
  • Pass: Return approved, proceed to Step 3
  • Fail: Return denied (Due to Customer’s Damages)

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • Customer covers one way return shipping
  • Must use trackable shipping method
  • Insurance recommended for high-value items

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Refund issued only after AutoLawn confirms acceptance
  • Timeline: 7-21 business days after AutoLawn receives robot plus additional 3-10 business days to update your affirm loan account. 
  • Refund goes to your Affirm Account Ready for Withdrawal (reduces customer’s loan balance)
