What You’re Paying For

Small Yards (0.22 acre) – Package Price: $3,000

  • Robot cost
  • Our services to seniors

Large Yards (0.9 acre) – Package Price: $4,000

If you return your robot:

  1. You pay for Installation services only 
  2. Your monthly payments STOP after that
  3. No more payments to Affirm – your loan gets cancelled

What You Pay vs. What You Owe

Small Yard Example (0.22 acre – $3,000 package):

  • Setup services: $650 (all inclusive)
  • If you return: You pay $650 total, then you’re done
  • Your payments stop and loan is cancelled

Large Yard Example (0.9 acre – $4,000 package):

  • Setup services: $650 (all inclusive)
  • If you return: You pay $650 total, then you’re done
  • Your monthly payments stop

In conclusion

  • We keep payment for work we already did (delivery, installation, setup)
  • You don’t pay for services you won’t use
  • Your payments stop and loan is cancelled

Return For customers who Financed our services

Simple Steps for Returns

  1. Contact auto.lawn first – don’t call Affirm (affirm will refer you back to us if you do)
  2. Keep making your monthly payments while we process your return
  3. Wait within 3–45 business days for us to process everything
  4. Affirm will update your account and reduce or cancel your future payments

What Happens During Returns

  • You still get payment reminders – this is normal
  • Keep paying to avoid late fees
  • Once approved, Affirm reduces your loan balance
  • No store credit – you get real money back (less payments to Affirm)
